IRCTC Website must be Improved – Directs NCDRC

Atlast some one is persistent and courageous enough  to Bell the Cat! Yes, The National Consumer Redressal Commission (NCDRC) have directed Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) to make their Website more user friendly! It also condemn the rules of IRCTC regarding refund of eticket, as it appear to be benefits IRCTC not the user.
