E Learning Initiative. He was Senior Manager, Production Engineering & Projects in Ashok Leyland, Hosur- the second largest automobile company in the country. He is a Black Belt in Six Sigma from Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore and trained as QMS auditor by IRQS. Off the profession, he is a writer, singer and music composer. He runs a blog where he writes a numerous Management, QMS and Technical articles in a lighter and humorous way to make a common man to understand.

Raman Azhahia Manavalan, A Textile Engineer, Founded this start Up company with the objective to offer Cost Saving Solutions to the SME’s. Expertise in Energy Assessment, Audit & EMP Programs. Working closely with SME’s to maximize their profits by adopting; Waste Minimization, Best Practices, Process, Productivity Improvement, Optimizing the Energy usage and Benchmarking the performance. He is one of the Founder Trustee and Treasurer of “CAPSULE Indus Foundation”- A Consortium of Service Providers for the Up gradation of Enterprises.  He wrote Technical papers on Automotive Filters, Ballistic resistant Body Armour. Enhancement of Surface Filtration, Factors affecting filtration performance, Thermal Garments, Energy Efficiency. He Registered a patent with IPO for the Apparatus designed for the pulse-jet filtration during his masters at NITJ. Srinivasan Ramasamy, A Computer Engineer, Open Source & Drupal Evangelist. He has been taking care of the IT Systems and Web Based New Product Development activity. He has developed and assisted along with Our Founder in Start Up Initiatives Like “Hautmonde” an Online E-Commerce Platform, “Kumbakonam Traditions” a Portal to propagate the Heritage Value of the City, “The Local News” an Online News paper publishing from Nilgiris. Presently he has been engaged with a Project to assist and Support the Fishermen in Early Warning Systems regarding the Climatic Conditions. He is also working on a project to build a system to help the Fishermen not to cross the boundary of our Sea Borders and making them to Catch fish safely.
