I agree with You Sir. As we are part of this cluster, we have much more responsibility to make them understand the very purpose of doing all these compliances in a better way. Let us start talk about these with the Mgmt and peers. Change will happen slowly. Let’s put our efforts in doing that. HR Managers are the change agents of Tirupur, that’s the reason the TEA have floated the HR Panel as their initiative first. Thanks for your time. Stay connected.

How many people will discuss with the management of the factory and reset their in house arrangements.
99 .9 Percentage will not implement.
If at least 60 Percentage follow the Tiruppur will be a Classic example.
For the sake of Audits only the Management will be doing.
No one else has really been good to give the best. Are you able to advertise it in Tiruppur then only there’s ACTUALLY Change will happen.

A long time need,…as labour intensive country like India is facing labor problem in the recent years….
